After spending 20 years in the hospitality industry, including 15 years in leadership roles focusing on team management and staff training, Shaun furthered his expertise by completing the Tate Animal online course and Dog Behavioural course with Steve and Vicki Austin.

This comprehensive training covered a wide range of topics, from working with puppies and anxious dogs to handling dangerous dogs and mastering scent work. To stay current with the latest developments, we consistently participate in training courses and seminars, always seeking to expand our knowledge.

In our inaugural year, we successfully served over 150 clients, with Shaun personally working with up to 40 dogs every week.
